LP Cosmetica works continuously to resolve all disputes with Users of its website. If you have any questions you would like clarified and resolved please email reclamacoes@lpcosmetica.pt.
LP Cosmetica informs you that the User can also submit any contractual conflicts, https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio through the arbitration and mediation mechanisms found on our website or may be legally constituted, as well as complain about acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods.
The claim shall be submitted within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of the facts by the User, and shall be registered in the information systems of LP Cosmetica, which shall evaluate the claim and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of its receipt.
