Warranties
The equipment supplied by LUÍS ABREU PESTANA - COSMÉTICA, UNIPESSOAL LDA. has a 1 year warranty if the malfunction is due to an electronic or mechanical defect. In the case of equipment that produces heating, such as wax melters, vaporizers, sterilizers, towel warmers, etc., the warranty is 6 months. These warranty terms are in accordance with the legislation applied to professional bodies.
The warranty will start from the date on which the client received the equipment.
LUÍS ABREU PESTANA - COSMÉTICA, UNIPESSOAL LDA. reserves the right to invalidate the warranty in the following cases:
- If the malfunction was caused by an electric current surge.
- If the equipment was affected by humidity.
- If the equipment has been improperly used.
- If the operation and handling of the equipment was not in accordance with the instruction manual.
Malfunction notification
The equipment with malfunction should be identified and notified to the email encomendas@prodaver.pt. The company LUÍS ABREU PESTANA - COSMÉTICA, UNIPESSOAL LDA. will be responsible for the collection and will perform the technical evaluation.
Repair or Exchange
After the technical evaluation, if we verify that the equipment is covered by warranty, all transportation, labor, material and other expenses will be assumed by LUÍS ABREU PESTANA - COSMÉTICA, UNIPESSOAL LDA.
We will always carry out a repair in case of malfunction, except in situations where there are no parts to make the repair properly. In this case, the equipment will be exchanged.
The counting time of the warranty is interrupted during the repairs. You will not be deprived of your equipment for more than 30 days at a time. However, we will do our best to make the repair as short as possible.
In any case the warranty will only be valid when accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.
