Cremation is a funerary technique designed to reduce a corpse to ashes by burning it. A common method in the Western world is to cremate the body in a crematorium developed for this purpose.

Cremation, which can be a funeral or post-burial ceremony, is an environmentally less risky alternative to burying the remains in a grave.

Cremation produces ashes composed mainly of calcium and potassium, so being sprinkled in a public place or left at home does not represent any kind of pollution. Even if the deceased dies of illness, the cremation process avoids contamination and is a safe method.

The cremation process avoids decomposition of the body, coffin and other items involved in burial, which may be attractive to some people. This means that cremation does not produce any waste (either solid or liquid) that could pollute the environment.

Just as cremation is something that contributes to the well-being of the environment, Prodáver is also one step ahead in protecting our environment. Products have been developed that do not contaminate the soil, products that are biological.
